At our own house out in the country we have Zmodo outdoor cameras. 

Any outlet within a foot or so from a water source (laundry room, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, garage sink, outdoor receptacles....) you will need a ground so you can install a GFI (ground fault indicator).

You could also look into companies that rent furniture.

They can get in just about anything alarm clocks, behind pictures on the wall or bedside tables, and of course bedding, furniture anything stuffed. and stuffed animals..
