You will spend lots of time checking the quality of their work, from TAXES, to the most mundane administrative work of Registered Agent services.

But I'm trying to soak up as much info as I can :) Definitely planning on directly validating things myself too.Noted on the importance of boots on the ground, I will probably spend some time on my next few trips home to see family doing some networking to set myself up for success.

This is what stinks about contract for deeds in florida - you still need to foreclose on them and spend $5-$10k and wait about a year before you foreclose.

Paid out-of-pocket in payments and completed a Quit Claim Deed, plan to build another small rental on the same property.
