@Austin Jones isn’t the Memphis has too much vacancy issue, I was all for turn key and also booked a call with Morris invest but suddenly came across a you tube video showing how turn key company was running a Ponzi scheme people was receiving rent but there was no house that scared me

I would like to see if those have any big pieces of wisdom or pitfalls to avoid as I look to buy a rental property via video chat.

We’re a bit confused - buying a property (haven’t been able to get inside due to COVID) it states that the property is 4 bed 3 bath.We couldn’t find the last bedroom in any videos, photos, or floor plans - when I questioned the agent - he said that there are 4 beds and one of them is a permitted bedroom (used mainly as a guest room).Any idea what a permitted bedroom?
