Does it effect enough people on the street that they could get on social media and bring the issue to light.   

@Cenddie Alaban I was buying like a kid in a candy store when we were in GFC so I think the media showing people losing houses was not for the reasons many thought.

Why I'm TriggeredEvery week I read stories on social media about someone’s unfortunate situation driven by the increasing cost of housing and wages that have not kept up….and I’m sick of it.Part of me wants to message these individuals privately and offer words of financial advice and encourage a solution-based mindset rather than outcries of injustice.

It's not that hard to stay up to date through webinars, podcasts, blogs, social media, etc.

And now with the internet and social media risk are higher that some seller will lawyer up and ruin your day. 

With the standard disclaimers about tax advice and how everything depends on your goals: If you have a high income, when you cashout refi you may also able to take the interest payments as a write off, which may make your effective interest rate lower than it would seem. 

However I've seen mostly through social media a few coaches/mentorship programs in the Philadelphia area that offer set courses that are quite expensive and wanted to know if others have relied on these courses?

While cases like this are not as common as the media makes it seem, even 1 of these horror stories is too many.Ok.. rant over... 

I learned more from that contractor and electrician than months of watching RE gurus videos all over social media trying to sell their programs - very cringey but that's a whole other topic.
