So to answer your question, think about the 2 family set up, even if its a friendly non-barker, are they going to be good about breaking out the pooper scooper daily?

You may need to take more control of the listing if you are in a committed agreement for six months . make sure there is a sign put out front , and pretty landscaping . adjust the price accordingly . communicate with your realtor daily . find out what marketing strategy she is using. 

So it can definitely be done, but you’d really need to build a team, look at/ for properties daily, and be prepared to quickly pounce on them.

At this point Im really looking for friends and accountability partners that loves the real estate game as much as I do, and wants someone to hold you accountable to daily or weekly goals. 

And, I want to be notified of the discussion going on in the forums I follow daily, but not throughout the day, so that I'm not overwhelmed.
