Hello everyone my name is Armonn Goods and Im a "Newbie Investor" lol. I live in Michigan and I haven't got my first deal yet but Im always spending time learning about real estate. Either Im watching podcasts or reading mindset and real estate books. Im 20 years old one of my goals is to purchase my first door before I turn 21. At this point Im really looking for friends and accountability partners that loves the real estate game as much as I do, and wants someone to hold you accountable to daily or weekly goals. I always catch myself talking to friends and family about real estate and they have the slightest idea what Im talking about.
