Is anyone familiar with the LANDEX software? 

hi every one my name is samira  I am new to this great website i ben just reading because i find it hard to write prefect  (English is my second language) so my typing may be not that good , I have one rental property and I just bought 2 homes to flip am in the process of the rehab I use all cash but am doing every thing on paper and is getting hard doing it that way so if you guys can sagest a software that can help me it will be great   thank you so much

found some vacant properties having trouble locating the owners don't have money to purchase fancy software and not a licensed agent so I cant access the MLS any advice would be welcome

You qualify by joining the free software foundation (fsf.org).

You'll need financial statements, auditing, etc.Now, if you want to get a loan that doesn't show up on your personal credit report, you can get commercial loans on your property.  

One of our tenants ordered and energy audit, free from the utility company, and it was actually quite helpful to us.

I try telling my lawyer clients this and it goes in one ear and out the other.Your best option is the use the Wordpress software that comes in a Cpanel hosting account.

I have no experience with self storage, I have a property manager in place for 8% that will handle all calls, paperwork and data entry for the Site Link software.
