Laura, that crazy self help lady on the radio used to get garbage for telling burned out housewives to leave their kids with a sitter, go for a weekend and **** their spouses....relax, have some drinks...

If I would have bought for less I could have done some of the cosmetic work myself and probably gotten 10k for it.I forgot to mention that a lady walking through the home one day showed me that on most MHs near the breaker box there is a sticker that shows the original construction date.

Account Closed  I completely disagree with you ... this lady wants to owner occ this property its by far one of the best ways to get doors.. and get better quality property than you could afford with the same downpayment  .3.5% of 270k is 10k ish... what else could she get for 10k down now your controlling a 270k property..

I recently had surgery and this lady went way above and beyond to get a property ready for me....WAY more.

An elderly lady I know filed an eviction concerning a commercial bldg. she owns.

This lady needs to sell her primary home. 

That's right - there was a famous case in France (Jeanne Calment) a few years back where an investor made a deal with a 92-year old lady to purchase her home for a good price in exchange for her right to live in the house until her death. 

@Chris Lad I haven't yet been able to locate them but mail is being picked up and they have my card and a letter, no call yet but I'm hoping.

I got around 10 letters back as un-deliverable, 7 calls, & 4 seemed motivated.  1 lady is underwater & said she's just riding the wave until the bank kicks her out.
