It's important for tenants to remember that all move in money must be paid in full before they receive the keys.

Remember this is your business you are relying on this investment and allowing this nonsense to continue is surely going to hurt your business .

People think tenants like their landlord, no they don't-- remember you are the greedy MOFO taking 1/3 of their hard earned income each month, that's how they see you.  

Everyone has different needs/wants and there is a solution depending on what yours are.I remember a podcast this summer, guy's mom passed away and inherited the house, he did not want to go in it or see it or deal with it.   

Meanwhile their kids are running around destroying homes and screaming in stores while mine behave and know that their dad cares for them which is why he is hard on them.  

Remember that real estate is a long-term investment.

Remember your own labor cost.
