Most of the people in this area work either for Tyson Foods, plastics plants, or somewhere in SC at manufacturing plants.

This will be my first time purchasing property there and I am not familiar with what my rights are as a Mexican citizen purchasing and borrowing money from Mexican banks.

If they are hoarding, or leaving food out for roaches to feast on, or other serious issues, I would send a formal notice (assuming this is covered in the Rental Agreement) with a date for re-inspection.

that first year I can see this being huge comfort especially for those nervous nellies and since turn key by and large is many investors first foray into investment or rental properties.. that is a comfort for sure.I will be crossing you in the air I am going to mid west for a vendor run.Linda is a nice lady I hope she is doing great.. have fun.. you should come and speak sometime in Portland ( wait until July though for the nice weather)  if you have not been its a fun city for a few days and a great food town.
