If I thought it wouldn't impact the future value I would go with conventional gutters.

I know I want to invest in real estate but I feel apprehensive being the sole provider for two kids and after seeing how impacted my business was with covid I’m scared to risk my savings, although covid was all the more reason I need to build some stability for my children.
