I think you get to stay 2-3 weekends all inclusive (2 hunts, 6 meals, accomodations), plus you can attend several special one day events. 

So I was going to go with someone else instead because to me that shows a lack of integrity.He texts me this morning asking if I got another time for him to come out and told him I was all all set.

Find where these people hang out, it could be the corner café or diner for coffee in the morning, and be there.
