Congratulations, hopefully this will be the first of many.For the paint outside when you say "I need to know the legal way to get it removed if there is lead." does that mean you will have to have the exterior paint scraped and removed?

By the time you add the trustee buyers fee and the increased competition I don't think you have room for a big margin.Probably better than buying retail if you have a big pile of cash, but you're not going to hit any home runs.

I've been debating whether or not to put hand labor on the giant piles of debris in the back yard, or hold off a month+ to do it with a bobcat. 5 minutes with a bobcat, or all day with hand labor... on the other hand, the trash looks really, REALLY bad.Today we cleaned the interior out, cut the padlocks off the door, and demolished the bathroom.
