Ultimately: I'm trying to make money - so I need to find the market I want to work in, and the best strategy for that market.Here in Calgary the median house price is 525K - but with the price of oil that's going t drop.Maybe/probably there's better markets in the US.  

With that being said, in my opinion, these market shave great companies to look into for building your portfolio.You've already heard a lot about Ohio.
