Buy a subway, pay franchise fees and taxes and a mortgage and employees and social security and welfare tax and have to pass health code inspections and pay for supplies you may or may not be able to sell and pay insurance and the list could go on forever.

Not commenting one way or the other on your deal.. just the broker daisy chains.Logic though would dictate that individuals or institutions with this buying power do not get their deals on the internet and especially on BP  which is a real estate social media site..
