I have a buyer that has already provided a Bio, LOI and POF and wants NPN's like NOW! Strictly Commercial ANYWHERE in the U.S. Spends from $200M-$300M A MONTH! CLOSES SUPER FAST! LITERALLY! Anyone who has Notes or knows anyone that can provide them please contact me ASAP! ASAP! I also have buyers for Notes with smaller budgets. Thanks
