I have my google voice set up to go straight to voicemail with a pre-recorded message about the information to leave and I've only had one person not leave a message.The interesting part is that although the properties aren't in good areas I've had a few people say that they have multiple properties to get rid of so we'll see what shakes out.All in all though I'm not sure that Memphis is the market that I'll target as 90% of the calls came from these undesirable locations.This is still a testing phase for me to see where to hit hard since I'm in Los Angeles and it's really tough here.
