For 2+ units I'd expect the landlord to be responsible.Keep an eye out within neighborhood for landscaping trucks and notice if they do a good job!

Hi CT investors-Am finishing getting tenants into my first rental, a New Britain SFH , but I'm a out-of-state investor and am looking really hard for an all-purpose handyman/eyes on the ground that I can basically keep on retainer for emergencies and common issues, since I will not able to be there really to deal by myself with small property maintenance (as I had originally planned in person).Any referrals in the New Britain/Hartford area?
