Need to Build an Investing team in MO

Hi Everyone,

Investor here located in FL. I would like to start investing out of state in MO. I'm looking to build my team. I have money on hand I just need eyes on the ground. In need of a Real Estate Agent, licensed, bonded and insured contractor, and a property manager. 

I need a team of people experienced (or willing) to invest in the sub $40k market. I'm looking for 3 bedroom, 1-2 bath, Singe Family Residences.
