This is for sure a great platform for networking. 

Things like professional photos, marketing on the company site and other popular platforms, having both agent and self-showings of the property, and a stringent tenant screening process.Wishing you the best of luck on your search for a tenant!

To get the best use out of the platform, I always recommend 2 things:1.

There are still some great deals to be had on both platforms but it takes more time to find one since you're basically looking at the same thing that every investor is on.

I understand he has to do this to sell the merchandise, maintain the advertising dollars, and build the fan base, etc. so I won't hold it against him, it's his selected line of business.In my opinion the one size fits all talk on a major platform de-values the speaker and their audience.  

Hey Scott, love the vision and believe that more and more owners like yourself can benefit from the use of these software platforms. 

However, I find it hard to believe and understand that only 1 out of 10 people from this platform end up attending.
