I respect both your opinions - Rich Weese, Bill Gulley, and have meet Rich at the Summit (remember the water spilling down you, I took the picture), but my mind is still not made up on this thing, since I am an Independent thinker (although registered Republican).I am just going to go through post by post to try and get some answers to questions, or state some facts, and hopefully you guys can give me some actual sources.

First thing that comes to my mind is wrenches to turn off water and gas in case of an emergency, then depending on how much work or maintenance your going to do, myself I do everything so I also have a truck with lumber racks and fully loaded toolbox with saws, levels, drills etc.Usefull stuff like snakes to clear drains.

@Mindy Jensen and @J Scott That's a really good point, those are great points that it could end up costing more that you'd make in rent.
