I found a property on a super busy street in Lincoln NE that has been 100% rehabbed by the current owner looking to sell it with owner financing.

We have a similar HOA in our own neighborhood about our darn garbage pails being visible from the street. 

San Diego has usually been above average.I sold a duplex in La Mesa for 685k last month, buyer used FHA loan to house hack and another duplex also last month for $1M in North Park also using FHA loan. 

I guess at that point its fair game they are public streets its just like driving for dollars etc.
