A few tips where ever you choose, pick the right team.

Things are starting to pick up and I expect full recovery once people return to their sanity.

I would pick an area you are interested in and find an agent to work with (or several) letting them know to contact you as soon as they come across an STR owner looking to unload. 

With their massive advertising they were picking up most of the low hanging fruit. 

An LLC is a pass-through entity meaning it pays no tax at the entity level and all items of income and expenses are picked up on the owners' returns.  

Of drop it off and thay will let you know when you can pick it up .   

There are others, but let's just consider those two.To offset that investment property hit, we have to pick a rate that's at around -2.125% (or charge you ~2.125 points).

I'm preparing for things to really pick up after we get through this.
