I have been using Youtube as my resource, but due to me not running numbers that many times I am not too confident knowing that I am correct.

In the meantime, I've been digesting everything I can (this forum, podcasts, books, youtube) in an effort to educate myself.   

We did some work ourselves (thanks youtube) and hired out for the more difficult parts.2119: Although it was recently flipped, we realized it was more of a cosmetic bandaid; we've had to fix things along the way: re-plumb sinks, electrical issues, ejector pump, etc.

Watch youtube videos and read books on the topic.

Hi BP community, I have been watching and listening to podcasts and youtube videos from BP consistently but I still feel stuck where I am, and so I am asking for your input as to what I need to look into or suggest books I should read. 

He has spoken about this at length on the BP YouTube channel.

@Chris LumLee I'm sorry to hear that. maybe they picked up on certain phrases for sentence structure. not that BiggerPockets is that big of a site but an algorithm can only do what you tell it to do specifically.
