I know it is not perfect but I don't have enough personal experience or knowledge to help much more than this. 

My question is what books and videos should I read/watch to get engrossed in real estate knowledge.

If it is tenant in common I believe that has it already spelled out.Talents wise, I have more knowledge on real estate and systems and they have more knowledge on small business ventures.I was originally thinking I should get an automatic 5% more equity because of finding the deal and being the primary but I would really like to work several deals with this Investors so I was going to discount that.

Hello - Can anyone recommend an honest, reliable and knowledgeable contractor who can get it done in the Fort Worth/ Dallas area?

I know I’d have to join an agency to gain access to MLS, though, or pay out of pocket, but I don’t know.

He is very knowledgeable about the market, extremely responsive, and an investor himself. 

He is very knowledgeable and always follows up. 

Even if you have a clause in a lease I doubt you can refuse to let a spouse in.Any knowledge specific to NJ would be appreciated.

Make sure you have a high ability to execute via knowledge and or your team.

But I’d definitely like to expand my knowledge into the mortgage and/or commercial lending industry.
