I just remember watching those shows where there are billion dollar plus developments built in china sitting empty.and Last time I was in Singapore we scooted over to Maylasia and you should have seen all the high rises there basically 1/4 sold or mainly empty ..

After a while you won't even need a tracker or a spreadsheet to be able to identify whether it's a good or bad deal just from scrolling through the Zillow/Realtor stats.More importantly, find and get to know an agent in the area you want to invest, and make it clear to them that you plan to purchase multiple houses and want to develop a long-term trusting relationship with them.

(Flipper, buy and hold, commercial, residential, developer, etc) Find people who are the best in that type of investing and work with them on a few deals.

If a ground-up development deal can get funding, there's no reason a vacant building with a solid lease-up plan, and someone with a history of completing these deals shouldn't be able to find funding.
