A few question:Does my property management company sign a master lease, then sublet to the corporations, or do they sign an original lease?

Could the rent performance alone under you as the master lessee qualify it for any kind of loan?

The local REIA meets at Columbia County library on the 2nd Thursday of each month (3rd one this month due to Masters) at 7 PM.  

First have a Master Agreement concerning what your overall objectives and definitions are.

I spent extra to have a pergola installed in the patio ($2,000), mirrored closet doors in the master ($600) and ceiling fans on switches in every bedroom ($1600) to make up for the lack of A/C.
