Newbie From Augusta, GA
Greetings everyone,
I am here for education/information on real estate investing. I currently work with the Housing and Community Development Department for the City of Augusta. I have been on the HUD funding side of real estate for over 10 years but I am now at a point where I would like to delve into investing (possibly rentals and flips). I don't have a substantial amount of start-up funds so any advice on how to get that first property would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure what else to include other than I look forward to learning and growing with the community.
