Insurance for mobile home parks

In the park in question there are some park-owned homes and some resident-owned homes. The resident-owned homes would obviously have to get their own home insurance. But for the POHs what various types of insurance do you all recommend? I was thinking maybe general liability, property insurance, and flood insurance? Thank you!
