If say you own two LLCs -- LLC A & B and both are used to hold two different apartment complex.

I've look around the neighborhood and found duplexes that can only be found through a narrower private road than us and no place for the truck to turn around. 

Don't let them bother you, they have a very narrow vision in real estate.
