With good management, you can reinvest the cash flow back into the property for the next 5-10 years and bring it up to speed at which point you should have a decent property.Rarely are the folks buying these real estate professionals.

My objections to this is that this cost is coming directly from the HOA funding that I contribute to every month, and secondly its going to be painted by a professional even though the homeowner painted it himself.
