After closing at the title company, I was informed that I would need to go to the previous owner's property management company to pick up the keys.When I arrived, they informed me that there had been a service call the day before about the air conditioning not working.

The house has and oil furnace with no air conditioning so we'll be installing a new heat pump in addition to new insulation to keep the things comfortable inside.

I would recommend that you cancel the boiler system if you are going to separate the heat though as the forced air furnaces will be less hassle long term than the boilers.
