For financial literacy (which is vital) you can acquire the knowledge in many other ways (books, seminars, YouTube etc).

I found a series of videos on YouTube of a guy going through licensure classes, but for North Carolina.

I never did do it though, because I thought the idea of creating internet money based on a mathematic algorithm & then using this internet money as a median of exchange in the real world as a lark, simply because the "currency" has absolutely no underlying asset.

I gained experience from youtube tutorials,  talking to home owners, agents, other contractors and professionals alike.

I didn't find any worthwhile video on You Tube.

I watch lots of YouTube for sales and other training.I have a FT job and do real estate in the evenings and weekends.

Now don't get me wrong - there is a WEALTH of information online: YouTube videos, BP Forums, Zillow, Trulia (particularly the crime map feature), articles galore.

Since then, I've been reading/listening to everything I can...Trump Style Negotiation, Invest in Real Estate Without Banks (didn't finish), 13 Steps to Valuing Your First Multiplex (in progress), countless podcasts, countless YouTube videos, two BP webcasts, etc...can't get enough.  

You can get a good start by going to Google,  Craigslist and You Tube, and searching in your area for everyone that says they buy houses.
