@Chris LumLee I'm sorry to hear that. maybe they picked up on certain phrases for sentence structure. not that BiggerPockets is that big of a site but an algorithm can only do what you tell it to do specifically.

I have been using Youtube as my resource, but due to me not running numbers that many times I am not too confident knowing that I am correct.

(I mostly accessed just the free resources he's put out on youtube/itunes.)

I haven't heard of Listr but there are plenty of other free resources online (BiggerPockets, YouTube, blogs, podcasts, etc.) that will cover everything you need to know about being a short-term rental property manager. 

Algorithms don't understand these market nuances.

The prep agent channel on youtube is SO helpful for studying for the state exam.

Buy BP's Zero down book, its basic.Go to youtube and search "creative deals",  "lease options", "subject to",  and follow all of these authors;  Joe McCall, Joe Crump, John Jackson.   

There is a lot of free info on youtube and with the BP podcast BP books, start consuming them.. you will help yourself out a lot if you can show you have some knowledge even if you don't have experience.  

Sounds like Zillow trying to do the same thing algorithmically last year and tanking their stock 80% when it blew up in their faces.Good luck to them, I guess.
