If anyone has any cons on this, I am all ears.

I think the color leads me to be more accepting of the tattoos I see.BUT, I figure the Tattoo is no worse a statement than a pretty little jewel in the ear or the style of your hair and clothing.I am a very visual person.

I am looking at using Operto for my vacation rentals to manage entry, thermostats, and noise remotely.

I rent to students and I have some recommendations:1) Sometimes people/roommates don't get along... make sure they sign a "roommate agreement" which covers guests, noise, furniture, appliances, maintenance (if applicable) etc. 2) Sometimes people want to move out while the others don't.. make sure they are ALL on ONE lease.

A large market like Houston can create a lot of noise as well so depending on your goals these metrics can help filter out some of the noise.

@Tater Raid The down side to being on the first floor is the noise transfer between floors.

All money, not ear market for expenses in the investment, is then immediately reinvested. 

If they are connected, you have issues with noise traveling between units.
