I'm certainly no expert at slogging through this legalese, but section 4735.01 (I) seems to state that if you have an ownership interest in a property, you aren't a "real estate broker".

I was no expert at the time but most of them looked to me like they needed almost no rehabbing.

You also have to have enough knowledge to determine if a response is good or BS.Have them talk about their job in detail.

Local knowledge is essential.Jon
