@Shaun Weekes Not doubting you are a good guy or capable at what you do...in context, as a rule of thumb, I would never consider advising an individual learning the business to use a legal form you can purchase at a retail store...it opens liability and perpetuates apathy.In all fairness, I am not requesting that all your posts on BP are incredible...just this one.So, I stand by my position that it is never a good idea to use a pre-printed form you can by for $4.99 at an office supply store....until I am convinced otherwise.Cheers@Ashley Cast

Possibly but all the HML's I know only do 1-4 units...there might be some commercial HMLs out there but they only supply short term financing so you would still need to figure out LT commercial financing 6-12 months out.
