Seeking a Ground Lease Attorney that serves tri-state (ny/nj/ct) to ask questions about contract terms/limitations/corporate structuring and distributions.

I have joined this forum to share and learn.I have also started a REI Meet-up group to serve the Mid-Willamette Valley.

This could serve as a safe and interactive way to teach fundamentals and begin creating a mindset.

With all due respect to those with another view, which may serve them well, it's not just about access to the MLS.

Those building may serve a different market segment.

Most likely they will not have any questions when you are face to face but they will show up at the meeting and scream like crazy.At the meeting, I will listen to the comments, take notes along with the names of the one making the comment and check against the list of those served notice that I called on.  

This is a new challenge for me, and while there is an overwhelmingly amount of "free" advice to absorb, it also serves as an excellent way to gain true insight from the diverse amount of experience from it's member community.
