Tomorrow I am going to the scratch and dent store and picking up a stackable washer/dryer and 2 refrigerators . 1 refrigerator is a spare to keep on hand . ( I keep it in my garage to keep beer cold) 700 for the washer/dryer and 300 each for refrigerators .
