If grocery stores could not stop shoplifters from taking all the food they want and not pay, how long until grocery stores quit selling groceries?

Tomorrow I am going to the scratch and dent store and picking up a stackable washer/dryer and 2 refrigerators . 1 refrigerator is a spare to keep on hand . ( I keep it in my garage to keep beer cold)  700 for the washer/dryer and 300 each for refrigerators .

Unless you spend high-end all big box-store cabinets are cheap pressed wood boxes; you are only paying for fancier finishes.

You are just storing money (in the form of equity).

Go back 15 months and no one knew what we were in store for in terms of the pandemic.

I have tenants storing metal for sale, beat up in-door furniture, toys, bikes, a grill all around the ground of the property (front, side, backyard).

If its stinky you best just pitch it & go to a thrift store and get something decent.
