I live right outside of the City of Dallas, Texas.

He patiently lived without carpets for several days but we did give him his full security deposit back a week before he moved out & a glowing reference to his new Landlord(s) in Iowa.It saved us a month of downtime & the carpets were being installed the morning the new tenant was loading their U-Haul 20 miles away.

I am in the Dallas area and am curious to make a connection with someone willing to teach how to get started and potentially do a long term joint venture.

Hi everyone, I was thinking of investing in Turnkey real estate in Dallas or Houston.

I get Rob's email every morning, some new thing that only the 10,000 people he has sent it to know about it.  

I pulled up Redfin this morning and looked for single families around me to possible flip and most are already in the $250k range and I only found a few that need TLC and they were in the $350k range so I'm not sure how much I could squeeze out.Anyway, I'm sure I'll be posted lots of questions soon.
