I was curious if anyone on here knew enough about tax sales to hopefully be able to answer my question.From what I understand at Iowa tax sales anyone who is interested in the property can bid the lowest percent equity they would take in the house to be able to take on the lien, but I was curious if someone only bids 1% equity in the house would they be able to take ownership of the property from the current owner at any point since they only own 1%?
