It can be, but it should not be anything close to the reason for purchase or sale.Sloped lots require a lot of regrading to level them which is WAY more expensive than most people think.

This is especially true the more people you try to cram under one roof. 

Hi, yes Ohio is a place where people from all over the world are investing in real estate.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned over my 20 years in real estate.. especially working deals in markets as varied as Phoenix, Austin, and even San Antonio.. it’s that having the right people in your corner can turn a migraine into a mildly annoying headache.

Bottom line some people in America live in such filth its unimaginable to most folks.U do this long enough you will see it all..  

In the cities the government got involved in housing and low income housing was built for poor people.

Not enough people to generate the demand to sell enough houses for that size property and not enough people for a factory or something to come to because they wouldn't be able to get enough employees from the surrounding areas.Is that a good hunting area?

That also perhaps makes people more motivated to sell.  4-5 weeks....that's plenty of time to get a deal done.Good luck.
