Went to court for eviction two times.  

I corrected this and had a HOA member come over to verify the garage functioned normally.

Since one of my functions is as a wholesaler, I feel like it's necessary to spread the word about having good wholesaler etiquette.  

My buddy is that rare breed of guy who actually pays far more than the court-ordered amounts, like clockwork, to his ex-wife so that his daughter can be well cared for. 

get checking out that tax sale stuff i told you about. got to the county court house near you and every city government building near you and ask what they do with tax delinquent houses. you are going to stumble upon a deal, trust me.

It just took the month to schedule the court date. 

The frustration is trying to find these prior posts - I've not found the magic incantation for BPs builtin search function and Google Search does not always get you close enough.What I am proposing is adding a virtual cork board - or, if you prefer, refrigerator - where we can pin a link to our favourite posts (ours or another's) for easy reference.
