There used to be a link on providenceri.com to a 2007 version, but the link is dead and it took me some time to track down the new location.I'm not sure if there are m/any differences from the 2000 version, but the 2007 version is available on the website of the agency that wrote the Handbook, the Office of Housing and Community Development.Within the next day or two I'll probably put a link to that at the bottom of the ripropinfo.com site in case they move it again.

I would suggest you try to get them down to at least $370K if your are dead set on getting them. 

I have toyed this idea around in my head and never really fleshed it out before this thread to this degree.

ALSO Yes my mind does wonder to "It's 6 days late, I wonder if they made their late payment yet" and "I wonder if I am missing a deal I should be catching", "O crap my phones dead and we just had a wind storm, I wonder if any tenants have been trying to reach me".

I feel like I have a decent grasp on the subject but I am at a bit of a dead end as to how I can actually begin to invest... 

Carpet has become very unpopular as folks have been made increasingly more informed on the presence of dust mites, dead skin cells, and the like that take up residence therein.Vinyl plank seems to be the flooring of choice with many here on BP, but there is much to be said for porcelain tile floor, especially on mid range and up rentals or flips.

The only exceptions I've seen are A: The house needs to be sold to close out the estate, or B: Heirs are proud people and don't want their dead relatives home to foreclose as they feel it is shameful.  

I feel like my compassion is dead for those that voted (and continue to vote) for it.
