I've looked at crowdfunding and may still tip my toe in but fractional ownership with little certainty of what happens when deals go south bother me.

Water "wasted" is not lost like energy that is wasted (leaking toilet water remains in the hydraulic cycle where as the light on in a room no one occupies is gone forever).

They completely over paid in the first round of FIT and MicroFIT, and in general have been causing energy prices to increase at ridiculous rates both due to bad policy and mismanagement.

The concern that I would have is if prospective renters see a house that is available in green and there's another that isn't available in earth tones.
