My mobile advertisement is landing me deals.
A few weeks ago i decided to put advertisements on my vehicle. I drive an SUV and all of the back widows have a decal. As I am on the road all day every day (250+ miles daily). I figured being out on the road that much I should use my car as advertisement. I put decals on my windows saying: "We Buy Houses Cash","Unwanted Properties", "2nd Mortgage", "I Have Cash And Want To Buy Your House", and my number.
While having this I get constant attention while driving, be parked or even the fast food window. I have had contractors and other investors stop me on the road to network with me. I had one guy call me while driving needing to sell his house that had fire damage. Turns out he has three other properties he would like to sell as well. I am currently working on putting that deal together. I also had a lady stop me at the mall who inherited a property with back payments. She wants to sell and be cashed out. I will be going to see her property this week.
The moral of my post is don't be afraid to advertise everywhere you go. I am liking the results and looking forward to closing these deals and the many more to come.

Sounds like it works in your market. I purchased some city bus ads last year. I only paid for a couple months, but I'm still getting calls to this day (unfortunately none have closed). I drove up behind a bus a couple months back and sure enough, there it was. I guess they only take them down when they sell more ad space. Works for me :]
