Though I do not have a written contract I do have a verbal contract, as well as endless text's and emails that prove I live on property, this includes a PO BOX linked to my address, and testimonial from employees at the property.

I recently read "landlording on autopilot", Mike Bulter suggests allowing potential tenants to view his properties alone using a lock box, or in my case key pad lock entry, my units all have keypads that I can program one time entry codes.
