Coin operated laundry

I'm making an offer on a fourplex in the next couple of days. There is a room on the first floor that is currently part of one of the units, that would be perfect for coin operated laundry room. I was curious what others found on how profitable these were.

The electric is separately metered. So besides purchasing the machines, I will need to add another electrical box to the house since I can't bill the electricity to the one tenant.
