At least this girl has a sister who wants her and is trying to make that happen.Regarding the water meter, we looked into that at last turnover, her house, pipes, plumbing would not easily allow for installation of such, though it is legal in MA, it is pricey - her plumber told her it was not a workable solution.

They don't clean your clothes worth sh**.You need water to clean clothes.You need water to clean toilets.If the issue is the water bill, then meter the tenants and let them pay the water bill.

We did include utilities, only because the old 26 unit converted building was not separately metered and the owner didn't want to deal with doing it.We just did month to month agreements, so we could get rid of a problem quickly, if necessary.

The heater was fine; the problem was the gas meter was locked because, despite providing them information on how to set up gas service two weeks before they moved in, they failed to do this.Gail

So, losing a 4th bedroom and gaining a sweet master suite where among other things, I had all new 3/4" PEX water supply lines run all the way from the meter to the two all new upstairs bathrooms, so you had the "shower of power" while many of the neighbors had well kept older homes, but each morning had to shower under whatever dribbled out of those old, clogged up galvanized pipes!
