I thought about doing an air test, since there are no visible signs of mold anywhere but since mold spores are pretty much in every home, would the air test even show any valid results?

If you have exposed duct work, make sure the joints fit together tight and your not losing heat/air into a basement.

It's a very nice unit, with quality appliances, mini-ductless air/heat, tankless w/h,  but prefab stall shower and Home Depot sinks, cabinets/tops, windows-doors etc.
