These are very general questions and as such will require very general answers...HVAC it depends if there is central air or not... and if your rehab requires you to put in central air.. you are generally looking at at least 10k in that case, especially if A/C is not there and furnace needs replacing.Full gut electrical job your looking at probably 7-10k depending on how difficult the wiring is etc.plumbing also greatly depends.
